Blackmere and Redwood Republic returned, while Svobodnia withdrew.
Ujedinjeni Gvozd got its third victory with "To, chto ya dolzhyen skazat'" by Pomni Imya Svoe, beating Hypjø into 2nd place by 28 points. Rounding out the top 6 were Ic-Sa-Calli, Luzinia, Cherniya and Moisantia.
