Nation Song Contest 95 was held in Paperland following their second win in the previous edition. For this edition, participants were to bring a piece of literature to the show. Prasia came out on top, winning the semi-final by a margin of 39 points and the final by a margin of 54 points.

10 Regions of Mobius failed to vote and their entry, "Come With Me Now" by KONGOS, was disqualified. In their place, Calypso qualified by winning a tie for 11th place. However, it was soon after determined that Moisantia was the true winner of the tie. It was then agreed upon that because of the error, both nations should qualify, resulting in a 29-nation final.
